Real Estate Baltimore

Why does Baltimore, MD suck so bad??
I live in baltimore 9 years and can't tolerate it anymore.
Baltimore city needs to be evacuated and redone all over again. The people there seem to really need help. Poor/uneducated, ignorance, broken families (unnatural), drug use and no sense of direction.
1. Real estate makes no sense, pretty much the whites try to stay as far away as possible from the blacks and the blacks can only afford to live in the city. You make a decent income (40 - 70K) and you can't even afford a large home in a decent area. You live in the city and get robbed or shot at. Live in the county and drop 400K on a 8x8 shed in cockesville while uppity whites look down at you.
2. Corrupt politicians who like to use gift cards they are not entitled to!!!!
3. People with no standards.
Because your mom taught it how to suck.
