Real estate market in India has begun to look up again. Many developers have come up with projects new range of budgeting. Low-cost housing has become the new mantra.

1. Jaypee Kosmos - This project is very good for people considering Noida - Greater Noida corridor. 3. Unitech unit dwellings (plots) - If you are someone who dreams of a car built villa, this might be a good option for you. It consists of 120 and 192 plots in sqyd Sector Mu, Greater Noida. All modern amenities are also are provided for maximum comfort. The basic price per square foot for Lotus Boulevard is Rs 2825 which puts the price of 2 BHK (1,075 sq ft super built up area) about 30 Lacs.
